Love your Hair with Batiste! Plus, WIN IT!

Because this year, Valentine’s Day will fall on a Thursday, I know many of you will be heading to a romantic dinner or date after a long day at work. A full work schedule is not going to leave you with flawless hair, but I know one product and a few easy tricks that can help you pump up the volume and get your hair looking flawless and ready for a night out. Of course, that product is Batiste. If you remember, a few months ago, I shared Batiste with you all for the first time in the scent Tropical which was a super fun scent for the summer but now that it’s cooling down and we’re getting ready to cuddle on Valentine’s Day, I wanted something more girlie.

Batiste Lace is described as a “seriously seductive scent” and I couldn’t agree more. The smell of this dry shampoo is alluring and lingers on your hair for the whole day. It’s slightly powdery (as you might expect from a dry shampoo) but it’s also clean, fresh and elegant. It’s not so strong that it would clash with your perfume of the night, but it’s nice to had a smell to give your hair that extra boost!

DSCN7882Not to mention, I LOVE the bottle. It’s a soft baby pink with adorable lace detailing on it. I definitely plan to throw this in my bag for the evening. Batiste also comes in travel sizes, so I’ll probably check out a local store and see what I can find!

DSCN7883Applying Batiste is super easy! You want to hold the can at least a foot away from your hair and spray at your roots and pulse points- where your hair has the most oil to get rid of the shine and oil that is weighing your hair down. Let it sit for just a second and “toss” your hair with your fingers or brush it through just to blend the powder/product into your hair…..and TA DA! you’re done! you’ve got the body and oil free look you’re looking for!

Nothing can ruin a night out like a bad hair day like lack-luster hair so I highly recommend having Batiste on hand! One lucky reader is going to win her very own hair miracle in a can! Enter below to win your own can of Batiste Lace!

When my husband was stationed in CA I would fly cross country from NJ to visit and dry shampoo was a life saver when I got off the plane. I would spray it in my hair and you would never know I had just spent about 8hours flying.
